Jclub99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the jclub99 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jclub99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the jclub99 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction that permits the use of this type of online entertainment platform.
- Not be listed on any exclusion or prohibited persons list maintained by a relevant authority.

Jclub99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts found to not meet these eligibility requirements will be suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on jclub99. Registering more than one account under the same user — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date whenever changes occur. jclub99 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. It is advised that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Notify jclub99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Jclub99 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security requirements.
3. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the jclub99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including e-wallets and online banking. Available payment methods are updated from time to time and can be reviewed in your account settings.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change without prior notice.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of the required account verification.
- Jclub99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment instrument used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.
Jclub99 reserves the right to hold, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of applicable regulations.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users of the jclub99 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Manipulating games, bets, or reward systems in any unfair or dishonest manner.
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identities to circumvent restrictions or gain an unfair advantage.
- Launching any cyberattack, hacking attempt, or activity that could compromise the security of the platform.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content directed at other users or jclub99 staff.
- Reselling, transferring, or renting account access to another party.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and jclub99 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against users who breach these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jclub99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or cyberattacks beyond our control.
The jclub99 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible, error-free, or able to meet every specific user requirement. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jclub99 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of jclub99 or our respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from jclub99.
Third-Party Links
The jclub99 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. jclub99 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. We recommend that users review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party service they access.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Jclub99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:
- Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements.
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour has been detected on the account.
- A request from law enforcement authorities or a relevant regulatory body.
If an account is closed for valid reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Changes to These Terms
Jclub99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the jclub99 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum under the relevant jurisdiction.
